Do you offer fascia release?

Yes — fascia release techniques are included when needed. Fascia is the connective tissue around your muscles, and releasing it can help ease deep tension, improve flexibility, and support better mobility.


Can I add enhancements to my massage?

Absolutely. Spa-Inspired Add-Ons such as hot stones, scrubs, essential oils, and light stretching can be included to elevate your experience. These are chosen at checkout after booking your massage.


Do you customize each massage?

Yes — every session is tailored to your body’s needs. Whether you need deeper pressure, more relaxation, or focused work on specific areas, the massage is designed around you.

At Nancy V Massage, your session time is reserved especially for you. These terms are designed to maintain fairness, consistency, and clarity for every client experience — including members and package holders.

   Membership Payments & Renewals

   •   Membership fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

   •   A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.

   •   Payments are non-refundable, and unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash.

   •   After the first 3 months, memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.


🕰️   Session Expiration & Rollover Policy

   •   Monthly massages must be used within 1 month or they will expire.

   •   Sessions do not accumulate indefinitely but may roll over for up to 1 month.

   •   Membership sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another person.


   Membership Cancellation & Hold Policy

   •   Members may cancel anytime after 3 months with 14 days’ notice.

   •   Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 1 month per year for travel, illness, or personal reasons.

   •   All memberships follow the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy listed below.


💎   No-Show Policy

   •   If a client fails to show up or contact me before their appointment, the full session amount (100%) will be charged as a no-show fee.

   •   This payment must be made before any future bookings can be scheduled.

   •   Membership or package holders who no-show will lose that session credit and must pay the full session rate before rebooking.

   •   Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy, but it is always the client’s responsibility to keep or cancel appointments on time.

   •   Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension or refusal of future bookings to protect availability for reliable clients.


💫   Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

   •   A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

   •   Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $40 late cancellation fee or loss of deposit/session credit.

   •   First-time courtesy: I understand life happens — your first late cancellation may be waived once as a gesture of grace.

   •   One reschedule is allowed per appointment when proper notice is given.

   •   If you need to move your appointment time on the same day, please give at least 4 hours’ notice.

   •   Same-day changes made under 4 hours will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.

   •   Deposits and package credits must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.


   Late Arrivals

   •   Please arrive on time to enjoy your full session.

   •   Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or need to be rescheduled.

   •   In either case, the full session fee still applies to respect the next client’s time.


🎁   Rewards & Packages

   •   Clients must mention any rewards at the time of booking.

   •   Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

   •   Referral rewards apply only to new client bookings.

   •   Loyalty rewards expire 6 months after earning.

   •   Massage packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.


💼   Membership & Package Terms

   •   Membership and package clients follow the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.

   •   Frequent last-minute changes or no-shows may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges.

   •   Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.


🌿   Emergencies & Exceptions


I understand that unexpected events and emergencies can happen.

Please communicate as soon as possible, and I’ll always do my best to make reasonable exceptions when appropriate.
