Absolutely. Spa-Inspired Add-Ons such as hot stones, scrubs, essential oils, and light stretching can be included to elevate your experience. These are chosen at checkout after booking your massage.

Yes — every session is tailored to your body’s needs. Whether you need deeper pressure, more relaxation, or focused work on specific areas, the massage is designed around you.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
The following policies protect the quality and availability of each appointment.
Booking
• A valid card is required to reserve all appointments.
• Time is held specifically for you and cannot be double-booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% late cancellation fee or loss of session credit.
• One reschedule is permitted with proper notice.
• A one-time courtesy waiver may be applied to your first late cancellation.
No-Shows
• Missed appointments without notice are charged 100% of the session fee.
• Payment must be completed before future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time to receive your full session.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session.
• The full session fee applies.
Packages & Gift Cards
• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Standard cancellation policies apply to all prepaid services.
