A $48 deposit is required. Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. One free reschedule allowed. The deposit will be applied to your massage.

Nancy V. Massage Membership Disclosure

By enrolling in the Nancy V Massage Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Payments & Renewals

• Membership fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

• A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.

• Payments are non-refundable, and unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash.

Session Expiration & Rollover Policy

• Monthly massages must be used within 1 months or they will expire.

• Sessions do not accumulate indefinitely but can roll over for up to 1 month.

• Membership sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Cancellation & Hold Policy

• Members may cancel anytime after 3 months with a 14-day notice

• Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 1 months per year for travel, illness, or personal reasons.

Scheduling & No-Show Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

• A [24-hour notice] is required for cancellations/rescheduling.

• Late cancellations/no-shows may result in forfeiting that month’s session.

Modifications & Terms Updates

• Nancy V reserves the right to modify membership perks, pricing, or terms with a 60 days’ notice to members.

By signing up, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the commitment to your wellness journey!

Our 5 massage package must be used within 6 moths from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expired and cannot be refunded or transferred. We recommend booking in advanced to ensure availability and make the most of your package benefits.

Clients must mention their rewards at the time of booking.

Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions.

Referral rewards apply only to new client bookings.

Loyalty rewards expire 6 months after earning.

Nancy V Massage Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Nancy V Massage, I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness for all clients, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and rescheduling policy:

No-Show Policy

• If a client fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged.

• After two no-shows, future appointments may require prepayment.

General Discount Terms:

• Discounts apply only to regularly priced 1-hour massages and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or membership rewards.

• Discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking to be applied.

• We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue discounts at any time.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule, I am happy to accommodate! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

• Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and a possible rebooking fee.

• One reschedule is allowed per appointment with at least 24-hour notice—your deposit will transfer to the new date.

• If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required.

• Deposits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment, or they will be forfeited.

• Last-minute reschedules (within 24 hours) may require a $10 rescheduling fee.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, but the full session fee will still apply.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may be applied.

Emergencies & Exceptions

I understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please reach out—I strive to be understanding and flexible when possible.
